RateExpert

Run downloaded file re_inst.exe.
To install program just press "Do It" button.

The program will install and run.

If you do not want to install it, but you want just to run it, then select
"Run" item and press "Do It" button.
If the version of the program which is already installed on your computer is
out of date or corrupted, then choose "Repair/Update" item
and press "Do It" button.
